Tesla is a volatile stock that has a lot of built-in drama. However, it has several interesting revenue sources with very high TAM. From my research, I believe Tesla is one of the best large scale manufacturers today. I suggest you investigate its energy business, which will soon surpass the auto business. In the next 2-3 years, additional revenue sources will be added with lithium refining, FSD (SaaS), cybercab and bots. Lots of growth opportunities.

Completely agree. TAM is huge if executed well and I believe in the team

Two of Tesla’s key moats are its culture and synergy with other Musk’s companies. In addition, their vertical integration gives them cost and data advantages. I suggest you check out the interviews and presentations of Joe Justice on YouTube. Eventually other OEMs will have to adopt Tesla’s FSD — leading to a “Tesla inside” type of business. In an unrelated note, all Musk companies [including Tesla] are developing solutions to allow off-planet colonies construction. There are only a few missing pieces: heat pumps (see Master Plan 3), and food & water production.

Oliver, how do you have time to keep an eye on so many companies?

I spend a load of time researching companies prior to investment so tracking them day in day out isn’t a necessity.

I follow earnings and other breaking news and just observe trends really.

Once the initial load of work is done it’s not that much
