Can you share how you conclude that churn is low (if you do)? Can't quite make out whether you're making the argument for why marketing spend may/can be higher and citing the low churn, or whether it's merely a hypothetical.
It's subjective right - I'm saying marketing spend can be higher because retention is higher and because the product is getting better and better. Why would you not continue to spend highly on marketing if it's bringing in subscribers and trending downwards as a % of revenue.
Bought this in June 2024 and doing well so far. HIMS appears to be on a positive trajectory, with improvements in ROIC, EBITDA, EPS, and operating margin indicating growing financial stability. Good luck with your investment!

I guess my question is, how do you establish/determine that retention is higher? You state 95%, but what does that actually represent?
