Hi all,

Behind the paywall below is the link for my February 2026 spreadsheet. As paid subs know, this is where I post all of my current holdings, allocations, trades, buys, sells, adds, trims, watchlists, ideas, thematics, and exact dollar amounts I have.

Make Money, Make Time is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

I currently charge $16 a month for access to my spreadsheet and daily paid chat. I kept this price flat for over a year, during which time I’ve grown from 50 paid subs to 630 today - that’s a 1,160% increase in 13 months.

In that same time, the scope of my service has also grown massively - yet I still charge the same price…until tomorrow.

My prices are increasing to $24 a month from midnight tomorrow (February 2nd). This means this is the last 24 hours to sign up at the $16 a month (or $160 a year) rate.

If you sign up today, you’ll lock in these $16 a month prices forever. This is my way of saying thank you for being an early member to our community.

If you’re unsure, here’s what I offer for just $16 a month (or $24 if you wait till tomorrow night).

Here’s how my spreadsheet works:

Portfolio

  • My core portfolio including exact dollar amounts.

  • My exposure broken up into themes. I’m currently weighted 44% into US tech and 13% in cash. All that is further broken down on another tab as well.

Everything here is formula driven. You can go into this tab whenever you like and see updated prices, updated PnLs, updated allocations etc.

Portfolio Valuations

In this tab, I’ve broken down my portfolio using a nice quantitative approach measuring revenue and EBITDA expected growth rates vs current NTM multiples. It’s a nice way of screening out some stocks in my opinion and it’s a nice building block for a lot of the work I do… though of course a lot more analysis goes into it that that.

I generally like to look for stocks where revenue growth rates are 2x more than the current multiples and where EBITDA growth rates are ~1.5-2x more than current EBITDA multiples. You’ll see that TMDX appears as “Very Bullish” and many of the other top 6 position show up as “Bullish”. That incorporates revenue growth, revenue multiples, EBITDA growth, EBITDA multiples, and technicals.

It’s essentially what I’ve done for ~400 stocks on my spreadsheet so far (more on this in the other tabs).

Watchlist

This is also a very formula driven approach on the spreadsheet.

I currently have a watchlist of ~45 stocks across many different themes (optics, robotics, data center and manufacturing, AI bottlenecks, housing recovery etc).

On my watchlist, I have an entry price per technicals (support levels, fib levels, and MA’s) and an entry price per fundamentals (valuation, moat etc). From there my formula spits out whether this is of interest to me today or not.

If it is, I then start diving into the company much more.

Just to reiterate, this spreadsheet is not the sole decision maker of if I invest in a stock or not. Much more goes into it than that. But it’s a nice value add that tells me whether to dive deeper into a stock or not.

Here’s a snippet of my watchlist for you.

Buys/Sells 2026

This is where I upload all portfolio moves (adds, trims, buys, and sells). I also upload this on Portfolio tab and also update all paid subs in real time in the Substack chat, so I make it very clear whenever I change my portfolio or not.

On this tab I have created a formula that tracks my average costs and shares held which then pulls directly through to tab 1 (portfolio).

On this tab, I collate all the stocks I have spoken about in these thematic writeups and use the same formulaic approach to figure out which stocks are attractive per my criteria. For those that I find attractive, some may then head to my watchlist.

Here’s a snippet from the optics tab in the spreadsheet.

This will get added to on a regular basis as I add more themes to my spreadsheet.

Current plan in February is:

  • Raw materials

  • Insurance Markets

  • AI Bottlenecks

I am to have 20+ themes on here by the end of 1H 26.

Unusual Options

I’ll be adding in unusual options trades I see on a daily basis.

Other

There are a few other tabs in the spreadsheet as well (2025 buys and sells which are all timestamped) and a couple of valuation models. I will be adding valuation models for my biggest positions in here (PATH, ZETA, TMDX etc).

I hope that provides a nice overview of the spreadsheet. It’s all quite self-explanatory and you can use it as little or as much as you want. On top of this I am in daily communication with my paid subscribers so don’t feel like you need to be on the spreadsheet all the time (if ever if you prefer not to).

I send 5-20 messages per day normally analyzing what I’m seeing in the markets, opportunities, and portfolio changes etc.

A reminder: If you’re a current paid subscriber, prices will not change for you. You’ll continue on your current plan.

If you sign up after tomorrow midnight prices will be $24 a month (or $240 a year).

I’m going to put the paywall now below this and the link to the February spreadsheet will be there.
